Daily Inspiration
Workshops for Women
Kimberly leads women in honoring our bodies through yoga practices that restore and honor our bodies, through breathing that connects us to the life force that our bodies bring into the world, and through meditation that brings us into our deep wells of feminine knowledge and intuition. A flowing lunar series of postures anchors our yoga practice in a loving connection to our divine nature.
Yoga classes - individual and group classes
Kimberly's philosophy of yoga is that we honor the body as our temple as we allow the light of the Divine to shine from our hearts and through our breath.
